Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) program at Country Oaks! The two main objectives of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program are to:

• To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. 

• To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

Watch D.O.G.S. is open to all of the male role models in our school community including fathers, step-fathers, grandpas, uncles, adult siblings, etc. Watch D.O.G.S. kick off each year with a welcome event where current "D.O.G.S." share what this amazing program is all about and how to get involved. We encourage male role models to bring their Country Oaks student (s) with them as pizza will be served!  The kick off event is for this school year is still TBD.

MANDATORY CRC (Criminal Record Check) Form:

Every school year you participate in this program (or in any volunteer capacity where you are in contact with students) you must fill out a new CRC form and submit it to the office. This form takes 2 weeks to process. Your form must be cleared in order to be a part of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program. Please print, fill out and bring a CRC (Criminal Record Check) form to the front office at school or to the kick off event to begin this process. You may not participate in the program until your CRC has come back from Huron Valley Schools process "cleared". You may contact the office any time to check on the status. We will also have printed CRC forms at the kick off event that you can fill out and submit.

You do not need a cleared CRC to attend kick off night.
